摘要
运用扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析等手段,研究了Mg-Gd-Y-Zr合金中存在的夹杂物。结果表明,Mg-Gd-Y-Zr系合金除存在一般镁合金熔铸过程中常出现的Mg的氧化夹杂外,还存在着Y、Gd和Zr因氧化而产生的三元氧化物夹杂Zr0.72Y0.28O1.862和Zr1.894Gd1.894O7;在分析熔剂各成分对Mg-Gd-Y-Zr合金熔体净化机理的基础上,建立了该系合金夹杂物的形成及运动模型。
Oxide inclusion existed in cast Mg-Gd-Y-Zr alloy was analyzed by SEM(scanning electron microscope)and XRD(X-ray diffraction).The results indicate that the ternary oxides of Zr0.7Y0.28O1.862 and Zr1.894Gd1.894O7 are observed besides the Mg oxide inclusion which is often found in the popular Mg alloy,which is attributed to the oxidation of Y,Gd and Zr.Based on the mechanism of the flux component purifying the Mg-Gd-Y-Zr alloy,a model is presented for describing the formation and movement of the inclusions in the alloy.
