摘要
采用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射、力学性能测试等手段分析了热处理对半固态挤压Al-Fe基合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,半固态挤压成形的合金经过T6处理之后,合金的力学性能下降,且随着固溶时间的延长,合金的抗拉强度越来越低。将半固态挤压成形的合金进行T1处理后,合金的力学性能有所升高。半固态挤压类似强塑性变形,导致第二相回溶,相当于热处理加热升温的作用,导致合金经固溶处理后第二相长大。
Effects of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of semi-solid extruded Al-Fe-Cu-Mn-Zn-Mg alloy were investigated by SEM(scanning electron microscope),TEM(transmission electron microscope),XRD(X-ray diffraction)and tensile testing.The results reveal that mechanical properties of the semi-solid extruded alloy after T6 treatment are decreased,furthermore,with extending in solution time,the tensile strength of the alloy becomes lower,while it is slightly increased after T1 heat treatment.Semi-solid extrusion has the similar effects with severe plastic deformation,resulting in the re-dissolution of second phase that is equivalent to the heating effects of heat treatment,so it can lead to the growth of second phase in the alloy after solution treatment.
