摘要
研究了以邻苯二甲酸酐为原料经氯化、氨解、霍夫曼重排合成四氯邻氨基苯甲酸,通过正交试验找到了最佳的反应条件,四氯邻氨基苯甲酸总收率为79%~80%。
Synthesis of tetrachloroanthranilic acid from phthalic anhydride through chlorization, aminolysis and Hoffman rearrangement in the basic solution of sodium chloros was studied. The optimum reaction condition was founded from experiments and the total yield of tetrachloroanthranilic acid reached 79%~80%.
