电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定尿样中铬及其他七种微量元素 被引量:8

摘要 尿样经硝酸-过氧化氢(1+1)混合液微波消解后,对所得试样溶液中的钒、铬、锰、钴、锌、砷、硒和铅等8种痕量元素采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定。用115In作为在线内标校正基体效应;用氦气/氢气作为碰撞反应气消除40Ar12C+、40Ar35Cl^+40Ar40Ar+、35Cl16O^+Cl16O1H等多原子离子对52Cr^+、75As^+、80Se+、51V+产生的光谱干扰。8种元素的检出限(3s)在0.006-0.360μg·L^-1之间。该方法对一种尿液标准物质中微量元素的测定结果与标准值相一致。 The urine sample was treated by microwave assisted digestion with a mixed solution of HNO3- H2O2 (1+1), and 8 trace elements in the solution, including Cr, V, Mn, Co, Zn, As, Se and Pb, were determined by ICP-MS. Matrix effect was corrected with 11s In as online internal standard, and the polyatomic ion interferences of 52Cr^+, 75As^+, 80Se^+ and 51V by 40Ar12C^+ , 40Ar35Cl^+, 40Ar40Ar^+ , 35Cl16O+ , 35Cl16O1H^+ were eliminated by collision/reaction cell technology with He/H2 as collision reaction gas. Detection limits (3s) of the 8 elements were in the range of 0. 006-0. 360μg·L^-1. The proposed method was used in the analysis of a urine standard reference material, the results obtained was in conformity with standard values.
