The New Challenge of Global Order:Global Social Movement and Its Governance

全球社会运动对全球社会秩序的影响是双重的,也是复杂的。为应对全球性问题和全球社会运动所带来的新挑战,对全球秩序的治理已逐步演变成了当前国际政治实践中的又一个紧迫的现实问题。全球治理不仅期待解决各种全球性问题和消解社会运动中的负面影响,而且还致力于建构一个由全球社会各层面的权威结构组成的新秩序。

Since the end of the 20th century,along with the rise of the various forces of globalization and anti-globalization,the global social movement is also increasing,and has gradually become a significant force impacting on the global order. Such impacts are two-fold and complex. Therefore,to meet the new challenges of global issues and global social movements,governance on the global order is becoming an urgent and realistic issue in the current international political practice. Global governance is to solve global problems,to eliminate any negative impact on social movements,and to build a new order constructed by the various authority constructions.
