介绍了山梨酸的性能与应用，阐述了目前国内外生产现状和市场变化趋势，比较了四种合成技术路线，并对以乙醇和醋酸为原料，采用巴豆醛和乙烯酮路线的生产方法进行了初步分析，提出了发展我国山梨酸生产的看法和建议。
The properties and application of sorbic acid had been given. The current status of production and trend of market, at domestic and abroad, had been expounded. Four different synthetic methods had been compared. The method with alcohol and acetic acid as raw materials, empolying butenao ethenone route, had been analysed preliminarily. Proposals for developing sorbic acid in China had been put forward.
