摘要
棉纱厂为提升产品质量档次,应采用先进的检测手段,由此可以让质量改进过程中遇到的复杂问题简单化,深层次的问题浅显化。文章介绍了利用上海国纺YG191X型智能条干均匀度仪的专家分析系统检测并消灭机械波,再在并条、粗纱工序筛选优化工艺,借以提升产品质量的实践。
In this article is introduced how to use the expert＇s analysis system of YG191X intelligent yarn irregularity tester to eliminate mechanical waves to optimize the technology in drawing and wiving to up - grade the yarn product.
