摘要
第三代北京谱仪飞行时间探测器读出电子学中的电荷测量电路采用非门控的电荷-时间转换,对经前放放大并差分输出的448路飞行时间探测器信号在180-5000mV动态范围内进行电荷测量,误差<10mV,用于消除时间游动效应,保证读时间测量误差好于25ps。该电路具有简单、工作稳定的特点,适用大规模物理实验的多通道系统。
In this paper, we describe a non-gated charge-to-time converter covering the dynamic range of 180-5000 mV in bipolar input voltage from the 448 pre-amplified outputs of TOF detectors for Beijing Spectrometer Ⅲ at the Beijing Electron Positron Collider (Phase Ⅱ). With the error of less than 10 mV, the circuits work well for correcting the time-walk effect. This is essential for measurements of the time resolution of better than 25 ps. The converter is simple, stable, and is intended for multi-channel systems.
