螺旋翅片管束传热和阻力特性的试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 对13个不同翅片间距、翅片高度、横向管间距、纵向管间距的螺旋翅片管束换热器在不同雷诺数条件下的传热和阻力特性进行了试验研究,得出了翅片间距、翅片高度、横向管间距、纵向管间距及雷诺数与换热特性Nu和阻力特性Eu的准则关系式,并对准则关系式进行了分析.结果表明:随着横向管间距和翅片间距的增大,螺旋翅片管的传热得到强化,但随着纵向管间距和翅片高度的增加,螺旋翅片管的传热有所减弱;随着横向管间距、纵向管间距和翅片间距的增大,螺旋翅片管的阻力减少,但随着翅片高度的增加,螺旋翅片管的阻力增加. Experimental studies were carried out under different Re conditions on heat transfer and resistance characteristics of 13 spiral finned heat exchangers with different fin pitches, fin heights, transversal tube pitches and longitudinal tube pitches. The criterion relations among fin pitch, fin height, transversal tube pitch, longitudinal tube pitch, Re and Nu (heat transfer characteristic), Eu (resistance characteris- tic) were obtained. Results show that with the increase of transversal tube pitch and fin pitch, the heat transfer of the spiral finned tube is strengthened. While with the increase of longitudinal tube pitch and fin height, the heat transfer of the spiral finned tube is weakened. Furthermore, with the increase of transversal tube pitch, longitudinal tube pitch and fin pitch, the resistance of the spiral finned tube is reduced. While with the increase of fin height, the resistance of the spiral finned tube is increased.
