撬拨复位克氏针固定注射硫酸钙治疗跟骨SandersⅣ型骨折 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨伴有严重软组织损伤的跟骨SandersⅣ型骨折的治疗方法。方法总结在C臂监视下撬拨复位、克氏针内固定注射硫酸钙治疗伴有严重软组织损伤8例跟骨SandersⅣ骨折。根据美国踝足外科学会AOFAS的踝-后足评分标准(ankle-hindfoot score),对术后疗效进行评价。结果术后平均随访12.8个月,评分结果显示:平均值为80.5分,达到良好。结论撬拨复位克氏针内固定注射硫酸钙治疗伴有严重软组织损伤的跟骨SandersⅣ型骨折取得了较满意疗效。
