Tei指数评价右室流出道起搏前后的左室功能变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨Tei指数于右室流出道起搏前后的变化情况,了解右室流出道起搏前后的左室功能改变。方法:选取2004年5月至2008年6月因心悸、晕厥在我院,确诊为病态窦房结综合征并于右室流出道置入DDD(R)人工心脏起搏器的患者42例,于起搏术前及术后2、6个月分别检测各人左室Tei指数,比较3次检测所得的数据。结果:左室Tei指数在右室流出道起搏前及术后2、6个月比较差异有统计学意义,且术后呈下降趋势。结论:右室流出道起搏能改善病态窦房结综合征患者左室收缩与舒张功能。
