子宫内膜癌手术治疗 被引量：2

摘要 1988年FIGO的子宫内膜癌手术—病理分期改变了其治疗方式，治疗从先放疗后手术为主发展成先进行手术分期，从而为术后辅助治疗的选择提供了依据，术式的选择依据是：术前临床分期、术中探查、腹腔冲洗液细胞学结果、剖视子宫及冰冻切片结果。下面分别论述子宫内膜样腺癌的手术及特殊类型子宫内膜癌的手术治疗现状及进展。
