摘要
目的:探讨苏南地区汉族人群单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)基因-2518A/G单核苷酸多态性与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法:采用单荧光标记探针技术检测单核苷酸多态性的方法,检测经冠状动脉造影确诊的297例冠心病患者MCP-1基因-2518A/G多态性位点的基因型和等位基因分布,分析不同冠状动脉狭窄程度人群中MCP-1的基因型和等位基因频率的差异。结果:MCP-1基因-2518A/G单核苷酸多态性的基因型在不同冠状动脉病变程度间的分布差异具有统计学意义(P=0.035),携AG基因型者发生严重冠脉狭窄的相对风险度是携AA基因型者的2.15倍(P=0.029,95%CI1.10~4.22)。结论:苏南地区汉族人群MCP-1-2518位点AA基因型可能有助于保护机体避免发生严重的冠脉狭窄,MCP-1-2518A/G基因多态性可能与冠状动脉病变程度相关。
Objective:To explore the association of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) gene -2518A/G polymorphism with the degree of coronary artery stenosis in the Han population of the south of Jiangsu province. Methods: The single nucleotide polymorphism was detected by using single-labeled probe technique. MCP-1-2518A/G polymorphisms were analyzed in 297 patients with coronary heart disease confirmed by coronary angiography. The genotype and the allele frequency of MCP-1 were calculated in patients with different degrees of coronary artery stenosis. Results:The genotype frequency showed significant association of AG genotype with progressive degrees of coronary artery stenosis (P=0.035). The AG genotype carriers had 2.15 times risk for increased severity of coronary artery stenosis compared with that of AA carriers (P = 0.029, 95%C1:1.10-4.22). Conclusion:The AG genotype of MCP-1-2518A/G is involved in processes leading to enhanced stenosis in atheroselerotic coronary arteries and AA genotype appears to be protective in the Han population of the south of Jiangsu province.
