摘要
研究了以Lix984为流动载体的乳状液膜法分离提取低品位蓝铜矿浸出液中Cu2+,考察了各种因素对Cu2+分离提取率的影响结果表明,由Lix984(体积分数6%)、ECA4360J(体积分数5%)和磺化煤油组成的膜相,3mol·L-1HCl为内水相,浸出液pH值为3~6,油内比Roi=1∶1,乳水比Rew=1∶5,提取时间6min后,Cu2+提取率几近100%,纯度可达99%以上。
The separation of Cu 2+ from low-grade azurite leaching solution by emulsion liquid membrane was studied.Factors affecting separation of Cu 2+ were investigated. Experimental results showed that when the sulfonating kerosene containing Lix984(60ml/L) and ECA4360J(50ml/L) was used as oil phase;3mol/L HCl as interal aqueous phase;pH of leaching solution was 3~6; R oi =1∶1; R ew =1∶5; t =6min,the recovery,purity and concentration of Cu 2+ were 100%,over 99% and 18~19g/L,respectively.
