摘要
以市售普通陶瓷板为基膜,不同盐基度的聚铝液为浸渍液,采用原位造粒法制备微孔γ-Al2O3陶瓷膜测定所制得的各种γ-Al2O3陶瓷膜的最大孔径、孔径分布曲线及最可几孔径采用扫描电镜观察膜的形貌,研究聚铝无机高分子盐基度对成膜的影响实验表明,采用高盐基度(667%以上)的聚铝浸渍液。
A microporous γ-Al 2O 3 ceramic membranes has been prepared by dipping support surface in poly-aluminium solution with various basicity.The support is normal ceramic plate.Pore-size parameters of ceramic membranes,for example,largest pore radius,pore-size distribution and most probable pore radius have been determined.The microstructure of γ-Al 2O 3 ceramic membrane has also been observed by SEM.The effect of basicity of poly-aluminium solution on the performances of membranes is discussed.As a result,poly-aluminium solution with basicity 66.7% is the preferable dipping solution for preparation of γ-Al 2O 3 membrane.
