磁共振尿路水成像与静脉尿路造影在泌尿系梗阻性疾病的对比研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨磁共振尿路水成像(MRU)与静脉尿路造影(IVU)在泌尿系梗阻性疾病诊断中的价值和优势。方法43例泌尿系梗阻性疾病患者,均行IVU和MRU检查,对两种检查方法的诊断符合率进行对比分析。结果在对泌尿系梗阻性疾病的定位诊断准确率MRU为83.7%(36/43),IVU为63.0%(24/38),MRU的定性诊断符合率为3.0%(40/43)均高于IVU的76.3%(29/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但MRU不能直接反映肾脏的分泌功能。结论泌尿系梗阻疾病可先选用IVU检查,对于梗阻部位原因不明或梗阻严重的患者可选用MRU。对于婴幼儿和不能耐受IVU检查的患者也可直接选MRU检查。 Objective To explore the value of MR urography (MRU) and intravenous urography (IVU) in diagnosis of urologic obstructive diseases. Methods Forty-three patients were received both IVU and MRU test, the diagnose accordance rate of two methods was compared. Results The accurate rate of localization diagnosis and qualitative diagnosis of MRU were higher than those of IVU in diagnosis of urologic obstructive diseases (83.7% vs 63.2% ,93.0% vs 76.3%, both P 〈 0.05 ) ,but MRU could not be used to show the secretion of kidney. Conclusion IVU is a preferential method for detecting urologic obstructive diseases, while MRU is more preferential method for unexplained obstruction and severe obstruction as well as infants and patients who could not accept the IVU test.
