摘要
根据钼资源利用中钼料液含少量钨的具体实际,对此类高钼低钨料液采用以三烷基氧化膦(TRPO)为载体、NaOH为反萃试剂的液膜体系来分离钨钼考察了影响钨钼分离的诸因素,得到了分离钨钼的最佳操作条件在此条件下,钼的浓度为00521mol/L,WO3与Mo的质量分数为10%的料液经一级间歇液膜过程。
Using trialkyl phosphoine oxide (R 3PO,R=C 6~C 8) as carrier and sodium hydroxide solution as internal aqueous phase, separation of tungsten and molybdenum in solution containing high concentration of molybdenum and olw concentration of tungsten by emulsion liquid membrane system was studied.The effects of several factors on the transport of tungsten and molybdenum were investigated. A set of optimum operating condition was obtained.One-stage emulsion liquid membrane process was carried out to separate molybdenum form tungsten under the optimum operating condition, and 100% pure molybdenum was obtained in the internal aqueous phase.
