食用受三聚氰胺污染奶粉的小儿泌尿系统超声表现及临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解食用受三聚氰胺污染奶粉的小儿泌尿系统B超的异常改变。方法应用超声诊断仪对4 388例曾食用受三聚氰胺污染奶粉的小儿进行泌尿系统超声筛查,根据年龄分为4个年龄段组。结果筛查阳性率为1.07%(47/4 388),泌尿系统异常者的男女比例及各年龄段组的性别构成比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但各年龄段组泌尿系异常发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),年龄越小发生率越高。住院患儿的血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸以及尿红细胞的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论此次筛查泌尿系超声异常表现为肾结石、输尿管结石并肾积水者,与食用含三聚氰胺的奶粉密切相关。年龄越小泌尿系结石的发生率越高。
