经皮穿刺氩氦刀冷冻治疗恶性骨肿瘤疼痛的疗效探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨经皮穿刺氩氦刀冷冻治疗转移性骨肿瘤的止痛效果。方法在磁共振导航系统引导下对24例恶性骨转移瘤伴严重顽固性疼痛的患者行氩氦刀冷冻治疗术。用NRS评分评价术前、术后当天及术后1、2个月疼痛程度。结果24例患者均成功准确地穿刺至肿瘤病灶,无严重并发症发生。MR实时准确的监控冷冻冰球的覆盖范围和程度。23例术后当天NRS评分0-1分,疼痛明显缓解,术后1、2个月的疼痛仍得到控制;1例无效。结论磁共振导航引导系统下经皮穿刺氩氦刀冷冻治疗恶性骨转移肿瘤止痛效果明显。
