摘要
尼龙材料具有机械强度高,耐卤代烷烃、酯、醇、醛、酮等有机溶剂和耐酸碱等特性是制作亲水性微滤膜的理想材料以硝酸为溶剂,采用不同等级的尼龙材料。
Nylon is the ideal material for making hydrophilic microporous membrane with the properties of high mechanical strength and resistance to the organic solvents,such as chloroalkane ,ester,alcohol,aldehyde and ketone, and to acidity and alkalinity as well.At present,mixing ester membrane,acetyl cellulose and nylon membrane are widely used by medical and sanitary agencies.Nylon membrane usually is made by the methanoic acid solvent system.The nitric acid system as solvent has not reported in China yet .Taking the various levels of nylon materials as samples,the processing parameters for making microporous membrane with nitric acid system are discussed.
