摘要
乃琼护法神是西藏宗教信仰体系的一个组成部分。它在漫长的历史演变中,实际上已不仅仅是作为一种膜拜的神祇而存在,同时也渗透到了世俗的现实生活当中,并在一些特定的历史事件和世俗的宗教事务当中被赋予了特殊的功能并表现出独特的影响。然而,包括乃琼护法神在内的这些神祇究其根本来说,无论是其最初的产生,还是历史的演化,最终都是取决于人们现实生活的特定需要。本质上它不过是人们在现实生活基础上的一种神幻映射。
