摘要
双(2,4,5三氯6羰正丁烷氧苯基)草酸酯是新型化学发光装置不可缺少的一类芳基草酸酯。研究了一条具有工业开发潜力的合成路线,即以水杨酸为原料,先后在冰醋酸及发烟硫酸中氯化得到3,5,6三氯水杨酸,再以丁醇酯化并与草酰氯反应得标题化合物。以质谱确证了各中间体及目标产物的结构。
The title compound is one of the necessary aryl oxalates used in new type chemiluminescent device.In this paper,a synthetic route with industrial possibility was studied.Thus,salicylic acid is chlorinated first in acetic acid then in oleum to give 3,5,6 trichlorosalicylic acid,which is esterified with butanol and then treated with oxalyl chloride to give the title compound.The structures of the intermediates and the title compound were confirmed by mass spectra.
