Research Progress of Synthesis of 4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-amine as Intermediate of Sulfonylurea Herbicides

综述了国内外近年来农药中间体2-氨基-4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶的合成研究进展。介绍了以丙二睛、硝酸胍与丙二酸二乙酯、2-氨基4,6-二氯嘧啶为原料的合成工艺路线和研究水平。分析比较了各种合成方法的优缺点,展望了合成2-氨基-4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶的工业化发展前景。

This paper reviewed the progress of the synthesis of 4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2- amine. According to the kinds of materials, the synthetic methods were described in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of the methods were analyzed. The industrialization prospect of the synthses of 4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-amine is expected.
