玉嘧磺隆是杜邦公司研发成功的磺酰脲类除草剂。以3-乙基磺酸-2-吡啶磺酰胺为原料,在二氯亚砜的作用下生成亚硫酰吡啶磺酰胺,然后再和三光气反应得到磺酰胺异氰酸酯,不需要提纯直接和2-胺基-4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶加成即得到玉嘧磺隆。此方法提高原子经济性。提供了一条新的合成玉嘧磺隆的方法。
