C型臂透视下经皮螺钉微创手术治疗髋臼骨折 被引量：1

摘要 骨折的微创治疗一直是创伤骨科治疗及研究的热点，而髋臼骨折由于其损伤及解剖特点，微创治疗相对困难，对于髋臼骨折采用经皮螺钉技术治疗，国内外学者已经进行过一些尝试。我科自2004年7月至2006年7月对8例无移位或轻度移位（≤3mm）的髋臼骨折采用逆行经皮拉力螺钉固定手术治疗，取得了满意的疗效，报告如下。
