经皮椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(verrebral compression/ractures,VCFs)临床常见,传统治疗方法为长期卧床及药物治疗,但长期卧床易出现目市部感染、尿路感染及褥疮等并发症,且容易使患者骨量进一步快速丢失。经皮椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)和经皮椎体后凸成形术(peycutaneous kypboplasty,PKP)目前在国内外广泛应用于临床,通过向椎体内注射填充材料,能达到稳定椎体、恢复椎体力学强度,防止椎体高度丢失,明显缓解疼痛,早期离床活动的目的。我院2006年2月至2007年12月采用PVP治疗骨质疏松性VCFs23例(28椎体),疗效良好,报告如下。
