用变温成焦板试验评价柴油机油的清净性

EVALUATION ON THE DETERGENCY OF DIESEL ENGINE OIL THROUGH CHANGE-TEMPERATURE COKE TEST

成漆／成焦板试验是柴油机油配方筛选中普遍采用的评定手段，目前正在通过改变试验温度、试验时间等试验条件的方式来改进该试验结果与发动机试验（１Ｈ２，１Ｇ２）的相关性。本文介绍了通过综合几个温度条件下的试验结果，经过归纳、判断来确定清净性优劣的新方式，该方法已取得令人满意的结果。

Lacquer test and coke test are common methods for evaluating the detergency of diesel engine oil in order to determine the optimum formulation.Now,the relativity between the test result and engine test(1H 2,1G 2) are being improved through changing test conditions such as temperature and time.Different test results at different temperatures showed which detergency is better.
