摘要 目的:对中美高等医学教育作初浅的比较,并对我国医学教育改革提出一些建议。方法:分析在美国医学院的交换经历和中国医学院的学习经历并进行比较。结果:美国医学院入学要求高,课程设置较合理,注重动手能力,重视医学教育评价,我们应该借鉴并进行改革。结论:希望更多的医学教育者能够从中美比较中取其精华,加强临床教学的力度,改革医学教育,培养教学意识。 Objective:To compare higher medical education between China and United States and to make some advices for innovation. Method: The experiences in different medical colleges in China and in United States were analyzed. Result:The requirement for entrance to American higher medical schools is higher;their curriculum is more reasonable; they pay more attention to practice;they attach more importance to evaluation, which are worthy of our learning from and carrying out some changes. Conclusion: The comparison of higher medical education between China and United States would bring good to higher medical educators and help them strengthen clinical teaching,change education pattern and improve education idea.
