从美国医师执照考试看我国医学教学改革

Viewing medical education reform in China from United States Medical Licensing Examination(USMLE)

我校引入美国医师执照考试测试的工作,在对考试题目、考试过程及考试成绩进行分析后,获得了一些对我国医学微生物学教学改革有益的启示,主要包括授课内容、授课形式、考试模式改革的方式、全英授课的必要性、教师观念改变和根据中国国情进行改革等方面。

USMLE has been introduced in our college. This paper analyzes the items, process of the examination and the scores of the USMLE examination on the college. Some helpful revelations have been obtained for the teaching reform of medieal microbiology in our country. Teaching contents and methods, the design of examination.and teaching coneepts should be reformed further in China. It is necessary for us to teach in English so as to euhivate medical talents with international vision. All the reforms should be fit for China＇s actual situation.
