Relationships between academic achievement between emotion and personality in medical university students

情绪和个性是心理素质的重要方面,通过探讨情绪、个性与学业成绩的相互影响,揭示学业成绩与心理素质的关系,发现学业成绩的好坏不能反应心理问题是否存在,提出大学和用人单位只考评学业成绩可能是一个误区;重学业成绩而忽视心理素质,在一定程度上反映了"应试教育"对医护教育的影响。

Emotion and personality are the important aspects of psychological quality. This paper explores the mutual influence of emotions, personality and academic achievement, which reveal the relationship between academic achievement and the psychological quality and has found that academic achievement and mental health have not uniform relationship. Therefore,only academic achievement appraisal may be a misunderstanding in universities and the employing units. Emphasis on academic achievement while ignoring the psychological quality,at a certain extent, reflects the impact of examination-oriented education on the education in medical university.
