摘要 文章以医疗行业应用能力为导向,以国家执业医师资格考试为抓手,阐述案例教学在医疗行业自身发展中的重要意义;从建构主义学习理论深入分析案例教学在教学改革中的必要性;详细介绍如何上好案例教学课,特别是教师在课前、课中的具体方法,为案例教学的广泛、深入推广提供参考。 This paper deals with the medical profession-oriented application ability and makes the practitioners National Qualification Examination serve as grasps. It explains the important significance of the case teaching in the development of medical profession itself. From constructivist learning theory the necessity of the reform has been analyzed in case teaching. It describes how a good case teaching is conducted by the teachers especially before and in the class with specific ways in order to offer references for popularizing the case teaching.
