痰饮与瘀血既是病理产物,又是致病因素,关系最为密切。病久入络,痰水挟瘀,交结为病。妇人若调摄不当,痰饮与瘀血留滞冲任、胞宫胞脉,可引发妇科杂病的发生。因此在针对疾病病机制定妇科杂病的相应治法时,应考虑痰瘀互结的影响,选用相应药物以提高临床疗效。
