电针封闭治疗瘀滞型肩周炎112例

Electroaccupuncture and Block Therapy in the Treatment of 112 Cases of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis of Stasis Type

目的观察电针结合封闭疗法治疗瘀滞型肩周炎的疗效。方法将112例瘀滞型肩周炎患者随机分为电针封闭组56例,采用痛点药物注射结合电针疗法;电针治疗组56例,采用传统取穴配用G6805电针仪。结果电针封闭组总有效率96%;电针治疗组总有效率为84%。两组治愈率P<0.05,愈显率P<0.05,均具有显著性差异。结论曲安奈德混合注射液痛点注射,结合传统电针疗法,有相辅相成的作用,可减少炎症组织的黏连及瘢痕形成。有改善局部组织的水肿、充血、滲出,加快损伤组织修复作用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of electroaccupuncture and block therapy in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis of stasis type. Methods 112 cases of patients with scapalohumeral periarthritis of stasis type were randomly divided into the following groups： 56 cases were in the electroaccupuncture and block therapy group, and were treated with pain -point injection and electroaccupuncture; 56 cases were in the electroaccupuncture group, and traditional acupoints were chosen with 05805 electroaccupuncture instrument. Results The total effective rate of the electroaccupuneture and block therapy group was 96 %, and that of the electroaccupunture group was 84 %. The difference of the cured rates （ P 〈0.025） and the cured and markedly effective rates of the two groups （ P 〈0.05） was significant. Conclusion Pain - point injection with Triamcinolone - a, combining with traditional electroaccupuncture, can reduce the adhesions of inflammatory tissues as well as scars. It can also improve the conditions of local tissues＇edema, congestion, and excretion, and promote the repairing of injured tissues.
