摘要
用膨胀计法研究了分散聚合动力学,发现其反应初期的动力学规律类似于溶液聚合,但随着反应的进行,发生了反应中心由溶液相向粒子相的转移,其反应后期的动力学规律类似乳液聚合。同时还研究了分散聚合体系的稳定机理,用沉淀法和漫反射红外光谱法证明了吸附稳定机理和接枝稳定机理同时存在,但以后者为主。
In this work, the kinetics of dispersion polymerization was studied by using dilatometer reaction device. It is found that the kinetics at the primary stage is similar to solution polymerization. As the reaction goes on the reaction sites are shifted from solution to particle phase. The principle of the kinetics is similar to emulsion polymerization during the later stage of dispersion polymerization. The stability mechanism of the dispersion system was also investigated by means of both precipetation method and FTIR. The coexistance of adsorptionstabilization mechanism with graftstabilization mechanism is proved, although the latter is dominant.
