摘要
本文在简要介绍科学引文索引(SCI)的来历和收录期刊的基础上,对SCI在科研评价中通常使用的几个指标、适用范围进行了探究,认为在应用SCI作为科研绩效评价标准时,要注意其适用范围,保证其评价的公正和客观。
The article outlines the history of the Science Citation Index （SCI） and the journals included. On this basis, the paper researches some commonly used indicators of SCI, as well as its scope of application. It points out that when we use SCI as a criteria of scientific research performance evaluation,we should pay attention to its application to ensure its impartiality and objectivity of the evaluation.
