摘要
考察了种子床物料HDPE的氧化行为,提出表征其物性的方法。通过测定HDPE的双键指数、羰基指数、结晶度、氧化诱导温度、活化能和介电常数等参数的变化,可以确定种子床物料性能的好坏。
High purity feed stock, high activity catalyst and good seedbed are essential conditions of gas-phase polymerization. The experiment results show that high density polyethylene as precursors in reactor contains double bonds at the end. It will oxidated and produce various carbonyl oxygen-containing radicals which are poisonous to the gasphase polyethylene catalyst. It′s the main reason of HDPE polymerization can′t carry out. For this reason, We presented the method for characterizing the physical property of HDPE seedbed material. We can determine if the seedbed can be used by measuring the changes of the doublebond index, carbonyl index, crystallinity, oxidation inductive temperature, activated energy and dielectric constant and so on.
