猪呼吸系统疾病的细菌学检测及分离菌的药敏试验 被引量:2

摘要 从陕西省某养猪场发生猪呼吸系疾病的病死猪肺脏中分离到4株细菌,通过培养特性、菌体形态、菌落形态、染色特性、生化试验等一系列的系统鉴定,确定分离菌为支气管败血波氏杆菌、肺炎链球菌、化脓链球菌和中间葡萄球菌。动物致病性试验表明支气管败血波氏杆菌对小白鼠有很强的致病性,可引起小鼠死亡。药敏试验表明支气管败血波氏杆菌对链霉素、庆大霉素、卡那霉素、阿米卡星等抗生素敏感,对青霉素、红霉素、四环素等抗生素不敏感,通过药敏试验选用有效抗生素进行治疗,有效地控制了病情。 Four strains bacteria were isolated from swine respiratory diseases of Shaanxi province pig farm. It was proved to be B. bronchiseptica, S. pneumonia,S, pyogenes and S. intermediums through cultivation, morphology, colony, dyeing, biochemistry test. Animal pathogenicity test showed B.bronchiseptica could cause white mouse to death. Drug susceptibility test proved B. bronchiseptica,was sensitivity to streptomycin, gentamicin, kanamycin, amikacin and unsensitivity to penicillin , e-rythromycin, tetracycline. The disease was controlled by using sensitivity medicine.
