几类小麦雄性不育系育性敏感时期蛋白质含量的变化 被引量:5

摘要 利用SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳技术对采用丙酮沉淀法提取的K型,C49S型和YS型小麦不育系和保持系旗叶小穗发育的单核期和二核期中的可溶性蛋白进行比较后发现,非1B/1R类K型不育系732A在小穗发育的单核期比同时期相应保持系732B少1条分子量为17 kD的多肽,在小穗发育的二核期比同时期相应保持系732B多1条分子量为17 kD的多肽。同时通过对比不同类型的不育系发现非1B/1R类K型不育系732A和YS光温敏不育小麦A3017在小穗发育的二核期均多1条分子量大小为17 kD的多肽。该研究选取的两个发育时期均为育性发育的敏感时期,在该时期检测到特异蛋白的存在,说明该特异蛋白极有可能是与育性相关的或者是育性发育所必须的。 After using the SDS-PAGE technology to study the differences between male-sterility induced ,were used as materials and there spiks at mononucleated prophase stage young spike and flag leaf at uninucleate microspore stage and binucleate microspore stage were used to conduct protein analysis. There were on unique different protein observed in flag leaf at different development stage; but unique different protein were found in young spike at uninucleate microspore stage and non-1B/ 1R type male sterile lines lack a 17kD polypeptide compared with maintainers ;at binucleate microspore stage and non-1B/ 1R type male sterile lines increase 17kD polypeptide compared with maintainers . Compared with different type male-sterile line found at binucleate microspore stage non-lB/ 1R type male sterile lines and YS type male sterile lines both increase 17kD polypeptide compared with maintainers. This research selection's two growth time is the fertility growth sensitive time, unique different protein were found in this time, so this polypetide is probably related to the male-sterilty.
