摘要
切实做好草原保护建设大文章,是实现我国草原生态全面好转和草原经济大发展的根本,要有大手笔、硬措施:(1)从国家发展全局高度统筹草原保护建设;(2)完善惠及农区和牧区的大农业政策;(3)以更大的力度和更快的步伐推进草原建设;(4)以坚定的决心和扎实的措施加快落实草原承包;(5)将减少草原人口压力作为一项战略措施来抓;(6)加快建立健全而有效的草原发展保障体系。
Making great efforts to write a large composition on protective construction of grassland is fundamental to realize overall ecological improvement of grassland and great development of grassland e conomy in China, the work of a great calligrapher and strong measures are deeded： （1） to plan grassland protection and construction from overall level of national development; （2） to perfect large agriculture policy; （3） to promote grassland construction with greater efforts and quicker step; （4） to implement contract for grassland with firm determination and solid measures; （5） to reduce population in grassland ; （6） to perfect guarantee system of grassland development.
