草原环境质量监测评价现状、问题及对策

Current Situation of Monitoring,Assessment,Problems and Countermeasures of Grassland Eco-environmental Quality

草原作为我国陆地面积最大的生态系统,承担着生态安全屏障的重要任务。为此,从生态环境质量监测评价的方法、指标体系以及应用研究入手,详细介绍了草原环境质量监测领域国内外研究现状及进展,分析了存在的问题,并提出加强科技支撑力度、建立中长期环境质量监测评价机制及制定草原建设项目环境质量评价标准等解决问题的对策。

Grassland is the biggest ecosystem in land area in our country, and is undertaking the important task of the safe protective screen of the ecology. Three respects, which are the method research , the index system research and the application study on eco-environmental quality monitoring and assessment, were proceeded with, the domestic and international research situation and progress in this field were introduced in details, the problems existed in studying the grassland eco-environment quality were analyzed. To solve the problems, the countermeasures of strengthening science and technology support, setting up the environmental quality monitoring and assessment mechanism in medium and long-term, perfecting grassland law and setting up environmental protection standard of eco-environmental quality were put forward.
