晚秋刈割时间对不同秋眠类型苜蓿根系POD活性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 对三种不同秋眠类型的9个苜蓿品种进行晚秋刈割试验,研究不同刈割时间对苜蓿根系POD活性的影响。结果表明,低度秋眠类型苜蓿POD活性较高度秋眠类型苜蓿变化平稳,变化幅度较小,表明低度秋眠类型苜蓿对于北方温度变化具适应性及更好的抗寒性;高度秋眠类型苜蓿POD活性变化剧烈,表明高度秋眠类型苜蓿对晚秋温度的变化更加敏感;中度秋眠类型苜蓿POD活性的变化幅度介于低度和高度秋眠类型之间,但其变化趋势更接近低度秋眠类型,说明中度秋眠类型苜蓿在抗寒性方面更接近于低度秋眠类型。 An experiment was conducted to exam the effect of cutting time on POD activity of the alfalfa cultivars with different fall dormancy types. The results showed that the variation of POD activity was small without big fluctuation, which indicated that the low fall dormancy alfalfa was better in suitability to temperature change and cold resistance in north China; the POD activity in high fall dormancy alfalfa changed dramatically, which indicated that the high fall dormancy alfalfa was more sensitive to temperature change in late autumn; The variation of POD activity in middle fall dormancy alfalfa was between low fall dormancy alfalfa and high fall dormancy alfalfa, but tended to low fall dormancy alfalfa, which indicated that middle fall dormancy alfalfa was similar to low fall dormancy alfalfa in cold resistance.
