添加纤维素酶和苹果渣对苜蓿草渣青贮品质的影响 被引量:14

摘要 为了研究纤维素酶和苹果渣对苜蓿草渣青贮品质的影响,分别设置对照组、添加纤维素酶(2.5g/t)和添加苹果渣(5%、10%、15%)5个处理组,调制草渣青贮饲料。结果表明:草渣直接青贮饲料发酵品质较差,纤维素酶和苹果渣可以改善青贮饲料的发酵品质和营养价值,添加苹果渣可抑制青贮过程中蛋白质水解。 Alfalfa fibrous residues (AFR) were ensiled with cellulase and apple waste, in order to study the effects of the additives on the quality of alfalfa fibrous residues silage. There were 5 treatments which were control, cellulase (CE 2.5g/t) and apple waste (AW 5%, 10%,15%). The results showed that the fermentation quality of control was poor. The eellulase and apple waste could improve the fermentation quality and the nutrition value of AFR silage. The apple waste could inhibit proteolysis during the ensiling process.
