摘要 自1981年深圳市物业管理公司成立至今,中国的物业管理实践已经走过了27年的发展历程。在中国,物业管理行业是一个新兴行业,实践在发展,理论还处于探索阶段,中国的物业管理理论发展相对滞后。这种状况,已经成为制约中国物业管理进一步发展的瓶颈。加强物业管理理论的研究与创新,是解决当前物业管理难题、推动中国物业管理又好又快发展的关键所在。 The practice of property management of China has developed for as long as 27 years since Shenzhen Property Management Company established in 1981. The industry of property management is a new and developing industry in China. As the practice develops, the area of theory on this subject is still in exploratory stage. So the development of property management theory in China lags relatively. This essay hold the idea that the theory research in property management extraordinarily lags the practice development of property management, which has become the bottleneck of further development of China's property management. The reinforcement of research and creation in property management theory has turned out to be the key of tackling difficulties in property management and making this area develop better and faster.
