The practice of property management of China has developed for as long as 27 years since Shenzhen Property Management Company established in 1981. The industry of property management is a new and developing industry in China. As the practice develops, the area of theory on this subject is still in exploratory stage. So the development of property management theory in China lags relatively. This essay hold the idea that the theory research in property management extraordinarily lags the practice development of property management, which has become the bottleneck of further development of China＇s property management. The reinforcement of research and creation in property management theory has turned out to be the key of tackling difficulties in property management and making this area develop better and faster.
