Based on the documents on Chinese-Foreign Cooperation Education of the Chinese government, and taking as a case the English Education Master Program sponsored by South-Central University for Nationalities, China and University of Wisconsin Platteville, USA, through the long-term investigation and minute analysis, this paper makes some exploration and studies on the cooperation education from the perspectives of policy ＆ aim, procedures ＆ regulations, enrollment ＆ fees, teaching ＆. practice, management ＆ supervision, understanding ＆ cooperation, achievements ＆ effects.
