Innovating Leadership Science Based on Scientific Outlook on Development

改革开放30年的伟大进程是我国领导科学产生和发展的实践基础。随着改革开放30年的长足发展,中国领导科学从一个不为人知或知之甚少的新兴学科,发展成为广为人知的、独立的学科。在新的历史条件下,我们必须坚持马克思主义与时俱进的理论品质,以改革创新的精神,推进领导科学的发展。为此,要以中国特色社会主义理论为指导,研究领导规律,研究建立高效率的领导体制和机制,研究领导素质的提高。

The great progress of 30 years＇ reform and development is the practical foundation for the birth and growth of China＇s leadership science. Within the past 30 years, China＇s leadership science has shifted from an emerging discipline nobody or few people knew to a subject known to all. An independent discipline has been established. Under new historical conditions, we should stick to the Marxism＇s theoretical feature of “keeping pace with times”, advocate the notion of reform and innovation and boost the development of leadership science. Therefore, we should, based on the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, study the principle of leadership, study the way to set up leadership system and mechanism with high efficiency and study how to improve the leaders＇ quality
