摘要
中西领导力研究文献表明,中西领导力理论与实践存在巨大差异,而各具鲜明特色的中西领导力体系特征构成了一种类似太极阴阳图式的对立;同时,通过文化渊源研究,中西领导力体系中各项差异性特征都令人信服地具有文化根性特点,因而文化深层次原因是中西领导力理论与实践差异的根源。
Literature review demonstrates that significant differences exist in leadership systems of China and West, of which the characteristics of the two systems contributes to a Yin-Yang dialectic phenomenon. The exploration of cultural roots of the two leadership systems reveals that each aspect of the existing leadership differences is in effect resulted from their cultural uniqueness. It is fair to argue that underneath cultural roots are the resulting causes that give rise to leadership differences in the Chinese and Western leadership systems.
