he theory of Lagrangian ring was established after the theory of Lagrangian libration points of the restricted circular threebody problem was applied to the double structure of the associated radio source. The theory has resolved the problem of the total absence of nuclear bulges in the central part of the RE ring galaxies. The circular structure of an RE ring galaxy is shown to persist over a period of 108 years by numerical simulation based on the theory of Lagrangian ring.
