甲状腺动脉栓塞与手术治疗Graves病的对比研究

Comparative study of thyroid arterial embolism with surgical therapy in the treatment of Graves' disease

目的研究甲状腺动脉栓塞术治疗Graves病的安全性和有效性,并与外科手术比较。方法筛选Graves病例共138例,分为介入组68例,手术组70例,治疗后观察疗效、并发症。结果介入组63例治愈,复发5例;手术组64例痊愈,复发6例。结论动脉栓塞治疗Graves病具有手术治疗相当的疗效,并有安全、微创、并发症少、康复迅速等优点。

Objective To study the safety and efficacy of the thyroid arterial embolism for treating Graves disease and compare with surgery. Methods 138 cases with Graves＇ Disease were divided into 2 groups, intervention group with 68 cases and surgical group with 70 cases, and the effect and complication were observed. Results：There were 63 cases cured and 5 cases recurred in intervention group. There were 64 cases cured and 6 cases recurred in surgical group.Conclusion： Arterial embolism can achieve similar efficacy with surgery therapy in the treatment of Graves, disease, and arterial embolism has the advantage of more safety, microinvasive, less complications and rapid recovery.
