摘要
目的总结245例肿瘤靶区金标植入术的并发症及处理的经验。方法245例恶性肿瘤患者在CT和(或)B超引导下行肿瘤靶区金标植入术,以行射波刀治疗,观察其并发症的发生并采取处理措施。结果肿瘤靶区金标植入术的并发症可出现在多系统、多器官,严重并发症包括气胸及出血等。结论肿瘤靶区金标植入术微创、安全。
Objective To summarize complications of gold implantation and its stategy prior to cyberknife. Methods 245 cases of malignant tumors underwent gold implantation in target site with CT and （or） ultrasound guiding before cyberknife treatment. Complications and measures to it were observed. Results Complications can occur in multiple systems and multiple organ, and severe complications included bleeding and pneumothorax. Conclusions It is minimally invasive and safe to implant gold before cyberknife treating.
