目的介入医学近几十年的发展越来越凸现出一些科学哲学、技术哲学、医学伦理、学科理念方面的新特点,也产生了许多新的问题。小剂量低伤害介入治疗(或称:密集低损介入治疗、频微介入)在诊断困难和及时治疗相矛盾时显示了其重要的作用和伦理意义。介入医学追求至善的伦理特性和可能性在整个医学领域拓展了新的视野。

With the development of interventional radiology in recent decades, it abruptly emerges some new meanings of philosophy of science, philosophy of technique and medical ethics. It also causes some new problems, and certain concepts of discipline are changing as well. For instance, we all know the treatment must be delayed when diagnosis is difficult. Small dosage and low injury interventional treatment （smile interventional treatment） showed its important functions and ethical meanings when contradiction happened between difficult diagnosis and treating in time, because of its minimal invasion and side-effect. It is realistic that interventional radiology pursues the optimization, and it will broaden the new fields in the whole medical science.
